Camilla Bergquist

Camilla B. Bergquist, age 78, of Willmar, died Saturday morning, May 17, at Infinia of Willmar Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, May 19, at Vinje Lutheran Church. Interment will be at Cloverleaf Memorial Park Cemetery. There is no reviewal or visitation. Arrangements are with Peterson Brothers Funeral Home.
Camilla Blossom Bergquist was born on January 1, 1930, the daughter of Stuart and Blossom (Larson) Bergquist. She was baptized at the University Lutheran Church in Seattle, Washington, confirmed at Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church in Minneapolis and graduated high school in Minneapolis. She moved with her family to Willmar in the 1950's. Camilla was a member of Vinje Lutheran Church. She was talented with sewing and embroidery work of which she won many red and green ribbons at the Kandiyohi County Fairs.
She is survived by a niece, Kathleen Westlund of St. Cloud; a nephew, Robert Westlund of Superior, WI.; one great niece, Katy (and Andy Gertken) Westlund of St. Cloud; and two great great nephews, Roman Gertken and Vincent Westlund, besides other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Joan Palm and a great grandson, Jaron Westlund.
