Dale Lloyd Heveron was born on June 29, 1942, in Willmar, Minnesota, the son of Harold "Mike" and Gertrude "Gert" (Forcier) Heveron. He grew up and received his education in the Willmar community and was baptized and confirmed at St. Mary's Catholic Church. On July 7, 1962, Dale was united in marriage to Swanette "Cookie" Klosterboer. They made their home in the Spicer community. Dale was a farmer every day of his life, even at the end, he was concerned about the crops, land and wildlife. Dale enjoyed hunting with family and friends, trapshooting with his buddies, planting food plots for the wildlife and western events, such as rodeos, camping and trail-riding. He enjoyed working with horses and was ALWAYS dressed in western attire. Dale had a natural "knack" for figuring out how to build or repair anything. His other occupations besides farming included maintenance, carpentry, electrician journeyman and trucking. In Dale's latest years, many hours and days were spent restoring 20+ vintage tractors and equipment - preferring the International tractor line. Dale was a loving husband, father and friend to many in the community.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cookie; four children, Jacquelyn "Chip" (and Dennis) Heinen of Sauk Centre, Dana Athnos of Navarre, FL., Lyle Heveron of Manassas, VA., and Michele "Shelly" Heveron of Willmar; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Also surviving is one brother, Allan Heveron of Kandiyohi and two sisters, Janice (and Bruce) Adams of Mayer and Sheryl (and Steve) Fladeboe of Spicer, besides other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, John "Jack" Heveron; one sister-in-law, Marilyn; one granddaughter, Kourtney and one great grandson, Matthew.
