Gary Herbert Seltenheim

Gary H. Seltenheim, age 76, of Willmar, passed away Monday morning, August 29, at CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, at the Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Willmar.  www.petersonbrothers.com

Gary was born May 25, 1946, in Willmar, Minnesota, to Marti and Vi Seltenheim.  He was raised in the Willmar area on the family farm and was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Gary lived in several places including REM in Redwood Falls and the family home of Brett and Annette Larsen. Gary also attended DAC’s in Redwood Falls and Atwater. Gary enjoyed activities and watching people. Gary enjoyed doing activities with and for others so they could build with tinker toys, Lincoln logs, doing crafts, helping with family activities and events, or just keep busy with playing cards.

Gary is survived by several cousins; nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.

Gary was preceded in death by parents and siblings.
