Judith Ann Toth was born November 22, 1943, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Anthony and Eileen (Quiery) Kolinski.  She grew up in Detroit and graduated from Mercy High School.  She then attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan and graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.  On August 19. 1967, she married James F. Toth in Detroit.  They lived in several areas of the country before moving to Redwood Falls, Minnesota in 1973.

Judy taught high school business and in Title programs in many schools including Morton, New Ulm and Danube.  She and Jim were active in the Big Brothers Program in New Ulm. They had 13 foster children live with them and three children of their own.  They always had room to help a child in need.    Judy loved people and especially enjoyed having their house be the hangout for her children and their friends.

In 2001, Jim and Judy retired to their lake home on Lake Florida.  Judy became a Master Gardener and continued her love of teaching by giving many programs on lakeshore restoration and Northern gardening.  She was the brains behind Jim being known as the "Tomato Man."  She was a member of the Church of Our Lady of the Lakes and was active in the Faith Formation program.

She is survived by her children, Anthony Toth (and Tina) of Spicer, Patrick Toth (and Nancy) of Montgomery, and Anastasia "Stacey" Toth of Spicer; six grandchildren, Zaida, Gabriel, Abbigayle, Zeth, Kaelyn, and Josie; two brothers, James (and Collette) Kolinski and Thomas (and Mariam) Kolinski; her beloved black lab, Maya; and other relatives and friends.
