Justin John Albers was born on June 12, 1982, in Willmar, Minnesota, the son of Terrence and Michele (Ronning) Albers. He grew up in Willmar, was baptized and confirmed at the Willmar United Methodist Church and graduated from Willmar High School in 2001. Justin attended Ridgewater College and Dunwoody Institute and earned his degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. He was employed at Rebar Fab in New Brighton. In 2010, Justin suffered a life changing illness (a stroke) that caused his early retirement. In 2014, he moved to Willmar. His hobbies included boating, golfing, snowboarding, music, photography, traveling, food and adventures.
Justin loved nothing more than spending time with his friends and family. He especially enjoyed going on trips with friends whether it was snowboarding in Montana, a weekend in Vegas, or a long stay in Mexico with his family, he was always looking forward to his next vacation. He knew how to enjoy the finer things in life, and looked good doing it. (Nobody could wear a suit and tie like he could!) More than anything else, Justin loved being an uncle. The first thing he would talk about was his nephews, and while it was not long enough, he cherished every moment with them. Justin will be remembered as a fiercely loyal friend, a treasured brother to his sisters Trisha and Megan, and a beautiful first child and loving son to his parents, Terry and Michele.
He is survived by his parents, Terry and Michele Albers of Willmar; sisters, Trisha (and Sam) Neubauer, and their children, Jax and Jett, of Bird Island and Megan Albers of Willmar; and maternal grandparents, Jane and Ron Ronning of Willmar, besides other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Fred and Mildred Albers.
