On May 10, 1930, Marion was married to Clifford O. Reigstad and they made their home in Willmar. Marion was a professional pianist and was a member of the Morris Chargo's Chore Boys Band, a 5 piece band which played on the KWLM Radio Station and at area barn dances and dance halls. In her later years, she also played piano at nursing homes in the north metro area. She was a member of Vinje Lutheran Church and a life member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Marion lived at the Highland Apartments in Willmar for many years and most recently resided at Rice Care Center.
Marion was a wonderful hostess. She put others needs before hers and always saw the "positive" in people....never gossiping.
She is survived by three nephews; Harlan Klefstad of Forman, ND, Eugene Reigstad of Willmar and Richard Reigstad of Willmar, besides other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clifford in 1972; one sister, Nettie and a half brother, Stanley Nelson.
