Melanie "Mel" D. Schueler, age 36, of Atwater, died Sunday morning, June 18, at her home in Atwater following a courageous fight against cancer.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 22, at Calvary Lutheran Church in Willmar. Interment will be at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in Raymond. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, at Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. www.petersonbrothers.com
