Palmer G. Gafkjen, 99, of Rochester, formerly of Sunburg, died Thursday, December 15, at the Stewartville Care Center.
Funeral services are pending with Peterson Brothers Sunburg Funeral Home in Sunburg, Minnesota.
He is survived by his children: Florence (and Robert) Botten of Sunburg, Harlan (and Pat) Gafkjen of Broken Arrow, OK and Rev. Ernest (and Janet) Gafkjen of Rochester; thirteen grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife: Luella in 1995; a son: Paul in 1970; and several brothers and sisters.
