Patricia Ann Williamson, 77, of Willmar, died Thursday, July 14, at Bethesda PleasantView Nursing Home in Willmar.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 22, at the Church of the Nazarene in Willmar. A private burial will be at Cloverleaf Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 21, at Peterson Brothers Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Sentimental Journey Program through Rice Hospice or the Church of the Nazarene.
Patricia was born September 4, 1933, in Farmington, Illinois. the daughter of Gerald and Cecil (Mooney) VanTine. She grew up in Fairview, Illinois and Ellisville, Illinois and graduated from Fairview High School in 1951. She traveled with an evangelistic musical group. On June 12, 1953, she married Donald E. Williamson in Ellisville. They lived in Ellisville and moved to a farm near Kandiyohi in 1967. She was employed at Willmar Poultry, Molenaar Inc. and in the Human Services Department at the Willmar Regional Treatment Center for 19 years, retiring in 1992.
She was a very active member of the Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed attending numerous community concerts and events.
She is survived by her two children: Pamela (and Steve) Bohnhoff of Dieterich, IL and Donald (and Carol) Williamson of Willmar; four grandchildren: Chad (and Jeanne) Ediger, Taylor Williamson, Brittany Bohnhoff and Cory Williamson; two brothers: Gerald (and Ruth) VanTine of Canton, IL and Bill (and Kay) VanTine of Ellisville, IL, and one sister: Betty (and Gerald) Gray of Broadhead, WI, besides other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Donald in 2010; and one sister: Shirley Meyering.
