Peter Buschel

Peter James Buschel, age 31, of Willmar, passed away unexpectedly Friday afternoon, April 9, at his residence.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14, at Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar.  Visitation will be one  hour prior to the service.  Arrangements are with Peterson Brothers Funeral Home.  www.petersonbrothers.com

Peter James Buschel was born on July 17, 1989, in Willmar, Minnesota, the son of Gary and Karen (Grammentz) Buschel.  He grew up in Willmar and graduated from Willmar High School in 2007.  Peter was employed for many years as a cook at Perkins Restaurant.  Peter loved fixing things, being outdoors fishing with his family and friend, backyard bonfires, watching movies and playing video games.  He cherished his son Logan.

He is survived by his son, Logan of Arizona; his parents, Gary and Karen Buschel of Willmar; one sister, Susan (and Josh) Kirk of Willmar; besides many aunts and uncles, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
