Quinn Michael Peterson, 37, of Willmar, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 4, at his residence.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, at Faith Lutheran Church in Spicer. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Willmar. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. on Friday, July 6, at the Peterson Brothers Green Lake Funeral Home in Spicer and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
Quinn Michael Peterson was born on September 13, 1974, in Willmar, the son of Randall and Margaret (Erdman) Peterson. He grew up in the New London-Spicer community, was baptized at Faith Lutheran Church and graduated from NL-S High School in 1992. At the age of 14 months, Quinn was diagnosed with diabetes and has dealt with life long health issues. For over 15 years, he was employed at the West Central Tribune as a pressman. Since 2007, Quinn has worked at Benson Laundry in Willmar.
Quinn has enjoyed many outdoor sports but hunting and fishing were his true love.
He is survived by his father, Randy (and Theresa "TC") Peterson of New London and his mother, Margaret Peterson of Jacksonville, FL.; one brother, Ryan (and Karon) Peterson of Leesburg, FL., and one nephew, Kyle Peterson, besides other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leif and Helen Peterson and Clifford and Wilma Anderson.
