Troy Dennis Schueler was born on July 11, 1970 in Willmar, Minnesota, the son of Shirley A. (Blomquist) and Dennis A. Schueler. He grew up on the family farm east of Raymond and received his education in the Raymond schools, graduating from Raymond High School in 1988.
