Yvette Simmons, born February 16, 1939 in Albany, Minnesota to Frank and Alma Jonas, passed away peacefully at Rice Memorial Hospital, Willmar, Minnesota on November 2, 2012.
Yvette was preceded in death by her parents, brother Gerald Jonas, and sister Kathleen Bruvelis. She is survived by her sisters Yvonne Simons and Joan Clemons, brothers Harvey and Dennis Jonas, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Friday, November 16 at 11:00am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Willmar, Minnesota followed by burial services at St. Martin Cemetery in St. Martin, Minnesota. Funeral arrangements are by Peterson Brothers Funeral Home in Willmar, Minnesota.
The family would like to recognize and thank all her caretakers for their faithful caring and compassion.
